Dear Sophia,
I hope this email finds you well.
I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible experience we had during our recent trip to Egypt, organized by you. It was truly a memorable, lifechanging adventure, and I have some feedback to share.
First and foremost, I would like to commend the exceptional services provided by our tour guide, Ahmed (in Cairo). He played a pivotal role in making this trip extraordinary. Ahmed possessed an extensive knowledge of Egypt’s (and Greek) history, culture, and landmarks, which greatly enriched our tour. He was not only informative but also passionate about sharing this knowledge with us, making each excursion a fascinating learning experience. He was really supportive and he shared so many interesting information about Egypt. Moreover, he should be the main tour guide for this trip and we highly recommend him.
Additionally, Sam exhibited remarkable organizational skills, ensuring that our itinerary flowed smoothly and efficiently. He was always punctual, attentive to our needs, and handled any unexpected challenges with professionalism and grace.
Furthermore, the dessert trip was amazing. Islam and Mohammed created a unique tour with so many surprises like sandboarding, 4×4 safari etc. They were really supportive and we felt so comfortable with them. They have a great mindset and we highly recommend this trip with these two Sahara masters as a mandatory. Finally, they were really supportive and protective. We have to mention that we truly appreciated your Egyptian partner’s call.
However, there is one area I believe could be improved upon. While the majority of the tour was exceptional, there were a few instances and disorganization in Nile cruise with Allantino as a leader. Firstly, he is a really aggressive salesman and we have been charged 160€ each for Abu Simbel and Nubian village tour without prior notice – it was an uncomfortable experience and it was no so organized. Moreover, he has not been informed about cruise ship hours of operation (like breakfast, lunch time etc.) and we ran out of schedule. On the other hand, he was protective and he tried to create a good experience in our tour.
Unfortunately, regarding Honey in Itfou, we have to inform you that he is not a good fit/choice. His level of English was really poor, he was not passionate and we knew more information about the temple than him. Mahmout in Mokobo, was a good, professional tour guide and he shared many information about the temples in Nile. Our last tour guide in Abu Simbel was really good with a great mindset. We have discussed so many things about Egypt. Finally, Zac, was a professional tour guide (and he shared his passion for hieroglyphics). Although, he hurried to give us a tour in Luxor and King’s valley – it was not a good experience. Moreover, he was protective and supportive – many times he bought us bottles of water in lower prices.
Overall, we want to express my heartfelt gratitude to you, Sophia, and your partners for offering such a remarkable tour and going above and beyond in making this experience unforgettable. Egypt is a truly captivating destination, and we are grateful for the opportunity to have explored it with your team.
Additionally, please find attached some pictures and we give our consent to use them to your social media/office.
Thank you once again for an incredible journey, and I look forward to future adventures with you.
